PETCARE SUBSCRIBE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Return & Exchange: 

  1. Items order via PetCare Subscribe Service may be returned/exchanged if the purchased items are: 
    1. Products with quality defect
    2. Expired products
    3. Products delivered is incorrect 

 

  1. Returned items must be in its original packaging or condition and accompanied by the original official receipt. The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product. Any expenses incurred during return shall be paid for by the customer. Refund of order is subject for approval of management.

 

  1. Exchange items should be equal to the value of the returned items. If the value of the exchange is higher than the original purchase, the customer will pay the price difference. 

 

  1. The following items cannot be returned/exchange:
  • Item with tampered seal or packaging
  • Products requiring special storage conditions
  • Damaged items due to mishandling by customer

Pet Lovers Centre reserves the right to decline a claim for return/exchange pursuant to RA 7394 (Consumer Act    of the Philippines) and the implementing rules and guidelines, as well as the Administrative Orders and other issuances by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

PetCare Subscribe Order Lead Time and Delivery: 

Orders must be placed at least 7 working days before the preferred delivery date. The service currently does not accommodate same-day delivery. 

Your order will be delivered via an on-demand delivery service (Grab Express, Lalamove, etc). Delivery Fee is excluded from the total order amount and will be paid by the customer. Customers may choose to book their preferred delivery or logistic provider upon receipt of delivery or pick-up notification from Pet Lovers Centre.

 

Pawsome Box Subscription and Cancellation: 

Pawsome Box is a monthly subscription curated for cats and dogs. Products on each box are made and may come into contact with ingredients that do not align with your pet’s dietary requirements. We encourage you to check the details of each items or consult your pet’s veterinarian.

Customers can request change to their subscription or request for cancellation by sending Pet Lovers Centre team an email or Viber message at least 5 working days.

What is Pawsome Box?

It’s a box of pet-filled goodies delivered monthly directly to pets and their hoomans. Each box is curated for each unique pet and tells a different story with paw-picked toys, treats, packaging, and more.

What comes in a Pawsome Box?

Every Pawsome Box is curated with pet food, pet treats, pet toys, and accessories under our exclusive brands all packed in a custom mailer box each month.

How does Pawsome Box work?

You subscribe, choose your package and subscription plan – weekly, 3 or 6 months starting at P2,500/month. Get the Pawsome Box delivered on your preferred dates and prepare for some insane tail wagging all month long!

How much does a Pawsome Box cost?

Our Pawsome box is priced at P2,500 per month. The package price is excluded of shipping/delivery fee. There’s an option to choose pick-up at 1 of our branches to save on the shipping/delivery fee or choose to book your own courier – once your box is on the way, you will receive a Viber message with a tracking link with an estimated delivery date.

Can I cancel my Pawsome Box subscription?
