Return & Exchange:
- Items order via PetCare Subscription Service may be returned/exchanged if the purchased items are:
- Products with quality defect
- Expired products
- Products delivered is incorrect
- Returned items must be in their original packaging or condition and accompanied by the original official receipt. The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of the product. Any expenses incurred during return shall be paid for by the customer. Refund of order is subject to the approval of management.
- Exchange items should be equal to the value of the returned items. If the value of the exchange is higher than the original purchase, the customer will pay the price difference.
- The following items cannot be returned/exchange
- Item with tampered seal or packaging
- Products requiring special storage conditions
- Damaged items due to mishandling by customer
Pet Lovers Centre reserves the right to decline a claim for return/exchange pursuant to RA 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and the implementing rules and guidelines, as well as the Administrative Orders and other issuances by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
Pawsome Box Subscription and Cancellation:
Pawsome Box is a monthly subscription curated for cats, dogs, kittens and puppies. Products on each box are made and may come into contact with ingredients that do not align with your pet’s dietary requirements. We encourage you to check the details of each item or consult your pet’s veterinarian.
Customers can request a change to their subscription or request for cancellation by sending Pet Lovers Centre team an email or Viber message at least 5 working days.

What’s inside a Pawsome Box?
Every Pawsome Box includes a mix of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories from our exclusive brands, all neatly packed in a custom mailer box delivered monthly.
How does Pawsome Box work?
Simply subscribe and choose your preferred package and subscription plan. You can opt for weekly delivery or a 3- or 6-month subscription.
Your Pawsome Box will be delivered on your selected dates, bringing a month full of surprises, treats, and tail-wagging excitement for your furry friend!

How much does a Pawsome Box cost?
The Pawsome Box is priced at ₱2,500 per month, exclusive of shipping or delivery fees. To save on delivery costs, you may:
- Choose branch pick-up at any participating Pet Lovers Centre branch, or
- Book your own courier
Once your box is on the way, you’ll receive a Viber message with a tracking link and estimated delivery date.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are billed monthly. We accept the following payment options:
- GCash
- Cash on Delivery (via LalaPasabuy)
- Payment upon branch pick-up
Can I cancel my Pawsome Box subscription?
Yes. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify our team via email or Viber at least five (5) working days in advance.
